As a keynote speaker, wisdom keeper, excellence mentor, author, teacher trainer, and joy catalyst, Mirabelle teaches for international corporations and mentors high-performing individuals to experience more clarity, vitality, and contentment in life.
Mirabelle's keynote speeches, immersive workshops, and resilience programs are used by top organizations such as PWC, Intertrust, DART, Trident Trust, CIMA, Ritz-Carlton, Kimpton, and many more. She serves as a mentor to leaders, including C-suite executives, writers, and athletes, helping them thrive and achieve peak performance amidst challenging circumstances. Mirabelle has taught in New York City, Chicago, Canada, the Bahamas, Bermuda, India, and the Cayman Islands.
A debilitating slipped disc drew Mirabelle to seek holistic healing through Yoga and Ayurveda (The ancient Indian science of health and longevity). She lived in the Himalayas immersing herself completely in the lifestyle and practices and healing beyond her wildest imagination. The impact of her personal experience made her shift into studying, living, and sharing this life-changing work with others.
Over the years she has studied with yogic monks, trauma experts and scientists, and doctors working and living at the intersection of yoga and science. She is eternally grateful for their contribution to her life.
Mirabelle has supported and continues to support the community by offering workshops for the Breast Cancer Foundation, training programs for the Cayman Islands Cancer Society, National Trust, Stone Soup Circles, and weekly online meditations for relaxation during COVID.
She was instrumental in creating free nidra relaxation cards with QR codes for illiterate people in India so they could access the power of yogic restorative meditations which were distributed across the streets in Mumbai and Delhi, India, and was extremely well-received.
During the pandemic, Mirabelle organized the world's first Yogic Breathing Summit raising funds for Goonj, a not-for-profit in India that undertakes disaster relief, and humanitarian work and provides training for the lesser privileged to develop sustainable income sources.
A published author (Penguin), wife, mother, and passionate advocate for human potential, Mirabelle is a wisdom keeper, excellence mentor, and joy catalyst, delighting in empowering organizations and individuals hungry for meaningful expansion.
In the words of one of her clients, "She blends practical science and broad expert knowledge with.. well her secret sauce... undefinable energy that you will hear and feel."
Mirabelle lives in the Cayman Islands with her husband and daughter. When she's not plerking (play +work), she's reading, gardening, or dancing.
Over the years, Mirabelle has had the privilege of sharing wisdom and space with phenomenal people, organizations, and events worldwide.
