Of all the plurking (play and work) I do, this one lights me (and clients) up the most! It is the simplest and most emotionally profound experience - deep presence.

You know how life gets busy juggling work, family, and health? And sometimes that deep connection you share gets buried under to-do lists and responsibilities. I certainly do!

BE Still Together is a facilitated experience that allows you to connect with your partner deeply.

This partner could be

  • your spouse or life partner

  • your child (13+)

  • your parent

What Can Partner Meditation be used for?

Presence. Intimacy. Connection.

Partner co-meditation is helpful for

  • Experiencing relaxation and stress relief together

  • Deepening emotional intimacy and connection

  • Navigating marital challenges with compassion

  • Clarifying intention and deepening trust in business partnerships

  • Before beginning the journey of conception to clarify intention, parenting expectations, navigate transitions and heal parent-wounds of partners

  • Supporting conscious uncoupling before, during and just after divorce

  • Deep presence with family towards the end of life during termnal illness

No prior experience in meditation or couples work is required.

What happens during a session?

Each session is tailored to the partners or family in the session. Mirabelle taps into her years of technical skill and her intuition to guide you.

Generally speaking you can expect some combination of the following

  • coherence breathwork

  • intention awareness

  • deep listening & presence practices

  • partner acknowledgment and requests

  • integration

How long is a session?

Sessions are 60 minutes. family sessions are usually 90 minutes.

What have people used these practices for?

A whole host of experiences. Here are some

  • A family used the practice to be togethe deeply before the passing of the father to cancer. It was a beautiful session where father, mother and two children aged 7 and 9 connected deeply with each other. They made a strong deep last memory. It was a respite from the endless business of doctors checks, years of overseas treatments and palliative care.

  • A mother and her 20 year old unwed pregnant daughter used partner meditation to resolve strrong unexpressed emotions so they could begin to connect, understand and wok from where they were.

  • A couple undergoing yet another round of IVF used the session to process disappointment and grieve and heal together.
