Co-meditation is a guided, somatic, and transformative process that helps you make profound inner shifts, so you can access clarity, energy, and ease, living the life you want.
You are inherently designed for autonomy, holding profound wisdom and answers within yourself. Living this truth activates your power. Co-meditation is a transformative practice because it aligns with this principle, honoring your independence in intent and process. Unlike most therapeutic approaches, it nurtures self-reliance rather than fostering dependence.
Derived from ancient Indian yogic practices, the term co-meditation was devised by Dr. Richard Miller, a renowned clinical psychologist, author, and pioneer in the field of Integrative Restoration (iRest).
Working 1:1 or in a group, you are skillfully guided to explore body sensations in a way that shifts brain and body chemistry, leaving you clear and unburdened.
Some clients have described co-meditation as "a deep tissue massage for your soul", "a midwife for birthing your unique genius", and "a growth accelerator". Whether you've "failed" at meditation, are a seasoned meditator, or exploring meditation for the first time, co-meditation offers a powerful approach to transform both your inner and outer experiences.
Why wait to live life to the fullest? This practice helps you unlock elevated moods, boundless energy, and fresh inspiration. Experience the shift and savor life in its fullness —starting today!

"Co-meditation is an opportunity to slow down and listen to the deepest longings of your body, heart, mind, and soul. To reconnect with the parts of ourselves that we have hidden, lost touch with, or denied amidst the busyness of life.
The process of co-meditation with Mirabelle creates a safe space in which to process any emotions that seems too scary to face on your own.
Co-meditation is an act of self-love and a practice that leads down a path of healing and wholeness."
BE Still Together
"Just what we needed."
You know how life gets busy juggling work, family, and health? And sometimes that deep connection you share gets buried under to-do lists and responsibilities. I certainly do!
BE Still Together is a facilitated experience that allows you to connect with your partner deeply.
"In such a busy world, taking the time to reconnect is so important. The couples meditation session we did with Mirabelle was wonderful. It was a perfect opportunity to slow down, process life, and listen to each other's needs."

Co-meditation is a unique and dynamic process. I'd love you to be comfortable and have shared a few FAQ's here. Should you have any other questions, please reach out to me on email.
Truly, everyone can benefit from co-meditation.
My clients are exceptional humans, including corporate leaders, entrepreneurs, innovators, creatives, and trauma survivors. They use co-meditation to transform challenges into exponential growth and live lives aligned with their vision and values.
In our work together we access the thinking mind and deeper states of consciousness to experience ease and expansion.
Co-meditation is a universally accessible practice, rooted in biofeedback that resonates with both logical and emotional individuals. It's especially valuable if you:
Feel trapped, seeking clarity and transformation.
Battle fatigue and mental haze, craving renewed vitality.
Struggle with sleep despite a healthy lifestyle.
Experience persistent anxiety, despite personal growth efforts.
Seek a holistic complement to therapy for accelerated healing.
Use food as comfort in times of need.
In co-meditation, we meet our body's signals with honesty and presence, opening the door to profound self-discovery. It harmoniously complements dietary, exercise, therapeutic, and medical approaches to well-being.
Yes, absolutely.
When stressed or triggered, our brain's limbic system takes control, sidelining the logical thinking of the prefrontal cortex. This can result in physical responses like a churning stomach, sweating, tense muscles, or shakiness. Typically, we try to mask these signals with distractions (busyness), medication, and in some cases even meditation. However, the stress-induced neurochemicals linger as tension in our nervous system.
Co-meditation helps release this stored tension, allowing us to rewire our brain and nervous system responses to familiar triggers in fresh, empowering ways.

Absolutely. 100%
An open heart and mind is key to experiencing transformation.
My suggestion is to approach it as an experiment. You are the subject and the observer/scientist.
Co-meditation is simple, alchemical, and powerful.
Mental dialogue can make it hard to meditate in silence.
Guided meditations often direct your thoughts toward a specific intention, fostering relaxation or positivity. However, they may not delve into addressing the root causes of inner challenges.
Co-meditation allows your body space to express biofeedback, which can present as discomfort through a skillful process of deep listening. This allows profound shifts that
relieve tension, discomfort, and urgency
transform your perception, bringing profound clarity
establish you in trust and "knowingness" that everything is happening for your benefit
Your journey, challenges, and needs are unique. There is no one-size-fits-all answer to this question.
I recommend starting with a single session. Your physical, mental, and energetic response to the session will give us data about whether this modality is suitable for you.
Your commitment to living your best life and openness profoundly shapes your experience. Come with curiosity and openness and you will receive way more than you can imagine.
A typical session spans 60 minutes.
Co-meditation takes around 45 minutes.
Following the practice, we engage in a dialogue to
contextualize the session within your specific challenges
address any questions you may have
channel newfound clarity and energy into 1 or 2 simple actions that will solidify this shift.
Co-meditation works seamlessly both online and in person.
You will find the potency of this work is beyond time and space. If you live in the Cayman Islands, I would love to see you in person, and if not let's meet in a Zoom Room.
At this time, insurance does not cover co-meditation.
If your challenges are affecting your work, consider requesting 1:1 coaching sessions from your workplace. Many organizations sponsor sessions for key personnel as part of executive coaching.

Ayurveda is the ancient Indian science of health and longevity. It is the simplest most powerful way to restore gut and brain function, balance hormones, improve energy and vitality. In fact much of what modern science is discovering, such as the gut-brain axis and how diseases like dementia and alzheimers start in the gut about 10 years prior to seeing symptoms was stated and treated by Ayurveda over 5000 yers ago.
Mirabelle practices Ayurveda at its highest level, without the use of herbs and supplements. In as little as 9 weeks, clients report improvements in health they haven't had after years of diets, medication and treatment, such that they are able to drastically reduce or completely go off medication under guidance from their doctor.
Mirabelle only works with clients that are dedicated to healing and willing to work with accountability, integrity and responsibility.
