This is an intimate and exclusive retreat. Accommodation ranges from a single shared king bed to private queen beds and spacious bunk beds in a shared room.

Retreat Facilitator

I’m Mirabelle, born and raised in Mumbai, India, lived in a few countries and now living in the beautiful Cayman Islands with my husband and daughter. I support brave and busy people to connect deeply with themselves through lifestyle changes, breathwork & co-meditation, self-inquiry, and focused action.  

Silence Speaks is my signature retreat offering, now in its third year. Having practiced being in silence for weeks, I know how challenging and transforming it can be. I started offering this retreat just before covid, to offer an opportunity to my clients in Cayman to experience silence in a nourishing way under my guidance and support.

You have been created in love and wholeness. Everything you feel, the exhaustion, the stuckness, the anger, the sleeplessness, the brokenness, the anxiety are gifts that invite you deeper into coming home to experience and live your full potential, the perfect blueprint in which you were created. Connection, Intention & Orientation

Recognize and share your intention, and get to know your fellow retreaters. In this session, you will also learn how to be in silence within yourself and in the intimate social setting of the retreat. We finish this session with a deep connection practice in silence and continue in silence until the retreat ends on Sunday.

Frequently asked questions

I've never been silent before. Can I do this?

Yes, absolutely.

At the beginning of the retreat, we will speak, and get to know each other. I will guide you on how to practice silence in a group, how to communicate if needed, and how to be in silence yourself.

While you will be silent, we will be engaged in practices all through, so it won't be disconcerting like sitting in silence with nothing to do.

We have a small group specifically so I can deeply support you as you navigate and begin to enjoy silence.

I have dietary restrictions and needs. Can I still attend?

Yes. In the past, clients with dietary restrictions or needing specific meals have brought their own food.

We have a fully equipped kitchen to store and heat your food. We only ask that if you are eating at a different time, you eat in your room.

What if my family needs to contact me?

We will provide you with our number, so your family can reach you at all times.
