Molly Birkholm : Prāṇāyāma for Trauma Healing

A near-death traumatic accident took Molly Birkholm off Wall Street and into a journey of healing through yoga. Not being able to access the physical aspects of yoga practice, Molly found healing through pranayama and yoga Nidra. These practices awakened her to her purpose and she co-founded Warriors at Ease, an organization that has trained more than 2000 teachers who work at more than 65 military bases and VAs, serving hundreds of thousands of soldiers and veterans in all 50 states and more than ten foreign militaries.

Molly is down-to-earth, practical, and full of life. In this inspiring interview, she shares how pranayama can help heal from trauma AND more importantly specific ways in which to practice and teach pranayama for trauma

Aside from the key explorations in this summit, in this conversation, we will discover
