"After 20 years of yoga practice, I was craving an authentic yoga experience. Mirabelle's teaching style is – playful, light, curious, joyful, and packed with interesting information. She has made sure to check in with me, selflessly, guide me, care for me, show up for me in a way that is profound. If you have been called to yoga or if you have been practicing for years, I would highly recommend connecting with Mirabelle"
"Mirabelle has awakened my thirst for growth through her amazing yoga and meditation courses. When you are around her, you want to be the best version of yourself and automatically you open up and start understanding how your body and your mind work. Please don’t take my word for it and go see for yourself. Make the time, it is so worth it!"
"Mirabelle is by far the most knowledgeable yoga teacher/guru that I’ve had the pleasure of working with or encountering. She is also authentic. She’s able to explain the purpose and meaning of every aspect of yoga; the fundamental importance of breathing as you were intended to, the meaning and purpose of every asanas. With Mirabelle, it’s very much an authentic holistic journey of mind, body, and soul. So grateful for each and every moment I spend with her."
I’m Mirabelle, deeply humbled to be a lifelong student of yogā as a way of life.
Yogā got me out of depression, healed my slipped disc and congenital scoliosis without surgery, and continues to change the trajectory of my inner and outer experience of life in ways I cannot even describe!
My yoga journey encompasses 19 years of studies with Swāmi's (monks) of the Sivananda Lineage and studies in yoga philosophy at Mumbai University. I have also studied the practices of yoginī tantra, (the female yogic path) and Śrīvidyā under the guidance of Dr. Kavitha Chinnaiyan.
I am humbled to have had the opportunity to be faculty for Yoga Alliance (the board that certifies yoga teachers worldwide) Continuing Education programs and to have taught in ashrams and studios in New York City, Chicago, Canada, the Bahamas, Bermuda, India, and the Cayman Islands.
I am committed to practicing, preserving, and sharing the unadulterated teachings of yogā from my native country, India so everyone can experience the full spectrum of coming into wholeness that yogā offers.
I will be delighted to be part of your yogā journey.
